Melissa’s passion lies in Reiki, healing, and wellness. With over 20 years of experience as a bodyworker and energy practitioner, she blends Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, and Jin Shin Jyutsu (energy healing) into her Reiki sessions. She feels deeply honored to hold space for others as they embark on their healing journeys, helping them release what no longer serves them and move toward greater balance and well-being.
Melissa believes energy healing is truly phenomenal—a natural recalibration of the mind, body, and spirit as individuals connect to the Universal Life Force Energy. She has personally experienced profound changes in her life through Reiki and other modalities, which drives her commitment to sharing these transformative practices.
In addition to her work as a Reiki teacher, Melissa is a peri- to post-menopause coach. She feels grateful to support women through this pivotal life transition, guiding them with care and compassion as they navigate this next chapter.
Melissa is also the proud mom of two incredible children, ages 7.5 and 10. Parenting them has inspired her to grow daily, break old patterns, and work toward showing up with greater compassion and mindfulness for both herself and her kids.
Continuously seeking growth, Melissa is currently pursuing a Pranayama Breathwork Teacher Certification and is excited to share this powerful technique with others soon.
